The ordinary exhibition will this year be a 1 hour long e-exhibition where HEIs, networks and other stakeholders and actors have the opportunity to present their activities and projects. The presentations have to be in power point format on your own laptop. There are no parallel sessions during the e-exhibition so it will offer a great opportunity to bring up your ideas and activities and to network with other participants.
The e-exhibition will take place on Wednesday 6 May between 2.30 and 3.30 pm at the Scandic Park hotel.
What should a presentation at the e-exhibition be like?
At the e-exhibition you can present an activity, a project, a good practice etc. which could be of interest for the internationalisation at the HEIs. We especially welcome presentations that have a Nordic perspective but other themes are accepted. You prepare a short and clear proposal (e.g. a power point presentation or a web page) and bring it to the venue on your own laptop where you have the opportunity to present it to interested participants.
What do the organisers offer?
We offer a table and internet connection. We will also publish a short introduction of your activity in the conference programme on the web. In addition we offer a lot of participants interested in internationalisation!
How can you register to the e-exhibition?
You can register to the e-exhibition via this link. When you register you also provide a heading, a short description and a contact person for the presentation. The registration for the e-exhibition closes already 15.4.2015! There is a limited number of places at the e-exhibition. The organisers will contact those who have registered and inform them about acceptance.
What does the attendance at the e-exhibition cost?
If you also register to the Spring Forum you don’t have to pay any extra fee for your presentation at the e-exhibition. For presenters participating only in the e-exhibition the fee is 100€.
